For this nationally and state acclaimed school district, the successful candidate must be a strong leader with the ability to listen to and communicate well with all district constituencies and maintain positive staff and board relations. Have the ability to interact effectively, motivate and evaluate professional staff and administrators. Must be innovative and creative regarding curriculum development/implementation, be knowledgeable regarding current educational trends and experienced and successful in budget development and district fiscal operations. Visibility in the community and success as a team builder are also desired.
Salary range for the position is $195,000 and is negotiable, based on candidate experience, expertise and meeting all the criteria and qualifications established by the Board.
