Due to a level of demand that has been greater and more consistent
than we anticipated when this monograph was originally published, we are
placing it on the website, rather than attempting to keep a large number of
copies on hand. Dr. Arnold Hillman did the updating, although the update
will need to be updated once the unbelievable situation with the 2003-04
education budget is resolved between the General Assembly and the Governor.
As always, we are in Arnies’s debt.
